Montespina is a wine designed by our winemaker José Manuel Corrales in the most booming white wine region of Spain: RUEDA. The harsh continental climate and the poor soil have made our Sauvignon give the wines a body and aromas with an excellent personality, which differentiates them from the rest of wines of the same variety in the world.

Color amarillo pajizo con ligeros ribetes verdosos, limpio y brillante.
AROMA:
Despliega exuberante aromas predominando las frutas tropicales sobre un fondo muy elegante, floral con recuerdos de manzanilla y tila.
BOCA:
Muy amplio, afrutado, con una acidez viva y refrescante. Postgusto largo.

Ideal with fish, seafood and excellent with foie gras.
